Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Franz Metro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Manuel Castro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Metro comes into the arena with I Walk Alone blaring out of the sound system. Franz Metro has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Metro fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Castro is trying hard to land a takedown here. Metro sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Castro shoots in looking for a takedown. Metro tries to sprawl out of it but Castro keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Metro manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Metro shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Castro napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Metro wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Castro, who protects the arm well.

Castro throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Metro escapes and throws Castro's legs to the side, diving into side control!

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Manuel Castro wasn't active enough on the ground.

Metro will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

That was a close second round but I would say that Franz Metro will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Franz Metro is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Metro checks a leg kick.
Metro throws a left and a right that both miss
and Castro counters with a left to the body.
Castro tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Castro shoots in looking for a takedown but Metro manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Castro's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Metro gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Franz Metro overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Metro is not content to let Castro control the position.

Metro wants to get back to full guard but Castro has passed into side control.
Metro knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Castro on the ground.
