Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Radbod Blank and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takenoshit misses with a double jab.

Takenoshit is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Takenoshit takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Lukas takes a swing at Takenoshit's ribcage but misses.
Takenoshit throws a series of punches but Lukas avoids them all with ease.
Hugo Takenoshit seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Takenoshit lands a really nice looking cross but Lukas seems unphased.

and Lukas counters by moving into the clinch.
Lukas has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Takenoshit regains guard immediately.
Takenoshit throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Lukas escapes and throws Takenoshit's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Lukas tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Lukas has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Lukas decides to stand back up. Lukas steps back and let's Takenoshit get back to his feet.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Lukas is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Takenoshit to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Takenoshit shrugs it off.
Lukas takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Takenoshit is looking to improve his position but Lukas isn't that keen on the idea.

Takenoshit is desperately trying to improve his position but Lukas has a good base and remains in mount.

and Lukas counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Lukas pushes Takenoshit off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

and Lukas counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Takenoshit is trying to break the clinch but Lukas is controlling him.

Lukas is looking for a triangle but Takenoshit pushes his legs off easily.

Takenoshit had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Lukas defends it easily.
Lukas stands up from Takenoshit's guard - Lukas perhaps looking for a knockout.

Lukas fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Takenoshit to the ground. Lukas is now in Takenoshit's guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Lukas throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Takenoshit was covering up waiting for the punch and Lukas finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Takenoshit looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Lukas has picked Takenoshit up and slammed him! Takenoshit can't keep hold of the triangle and Lukas manages to pass to side control!

Lukas is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Takenoshit is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Takenoshit is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Lukas is just riding it out for now. Takenoshit eventually gives up the hold.
Lukas pushes Takenoshit off looking to stand but Takenoshit dives back in and keeps control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Lukas wants to get back to full guard.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Takenoshit seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Lukas is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
