Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kongo Bongo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ronald Hextole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ronald Hextole is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bongo avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
A thudding body kick lands there by Hextole!
Hextole tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Bongo moves into range and clinches up with Hextole.

Hextole drops back looking for a leg! Bongo is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Bongo manages to kick Hextole off! Hextole jumps back into Bongo's guard.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Ronald Hextole hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
A combination from Bongo does no damage.

Bongo pushes off an throws an elbow but Hextole leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Bongo tightens his grip and picks Hextole up, before dumping him to the ground. Hextole manages to land in guard.
Hextole manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Bongo manages to get himself to full guard.
Hextole is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Hextole takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Let's hope that Hextole has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
