The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Connor avoids the body shot from King.
King's corner calls for a 1-2. King obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Connor throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Connor looks for the body kick but King saw that one coming.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

King's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

King will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
King seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Connor for as long as he can get away with.

King slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

King has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
