Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mariusz Pudsz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brandon Esch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brandon Esch will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mariusz Pudsz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Brandon Esch!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, William Gold and James Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pudsz tries to clinch but Esch is having none of it.
Brandon Esch seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Esch misses with a takedown attempt - Pudsz sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Esch fails with the takedown.
Esch tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Pudsz manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Esch misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Esch shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Pudsz as he avoids it easily.
Mariusz Pudsz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brandon Esch.
Esch fails with a takedown attempt.

Esch moves into range and clinches up with Pudsz.
Esch goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Esch tries to land knees in the clinch but Pudsz avoids the damage to the body.
Esch pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Esch as Pudsz tries to tie him up.
Pudsz blocks an uppercut.
Esch misses with the head strike.
Pudsz keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Esch's efforts to push away.
Esch goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Pudsz wants the takedown. Esch is fighting it off but Pudsz persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Esch's guard against the cage.

Pudsz thows a big elbow that misses.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Esch avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Esch utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Pudsz lands a couple of digs.

Pudsz drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Pudsz jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Pudsz throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Esch works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Pudsz works over Esch with some ground and pound from guard.

It looks like Brandon Esch has been cut.
Esch looking to hit a scissor sweep but Pudsz is one step ahead there.
Pudsz trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Pudsz working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Pudsz in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Pudsz passes easily into side control. Nice work.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Esch is working to avoid the ground and pound but Pudsz connects with a decent elbow.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That has opened up Brandon Esch's cut even more.
Esch is not in a great position here, taking some shots.

Brandon Esch's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Brandon Esch's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
