Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ilnur Ilias (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ray Cappo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ilias comes to the cage accompanied by Rob Dougan - Clubbed to Death 2. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ilias gets tackled into the cage by Cappo. Cappo maintains the clinch.

Cappo manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Cappo working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ilias doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ilias manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Cappo is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Cappo escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ilias gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Ilias got a little sloppy there for a moment and Cappo has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ilias has managed to get both his arms back between Cappo's legs - danger averted.
Ilias might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Cappo is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Ilias rolls with it to try and escape but Cappo cranks on the arm and Ilias is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
