Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Spencer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ansilva Derson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Derson has chosen For Whom The Bell Tolls as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Wesley Smith and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Derson thows a left - swing and a miss!
Spencer scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Spencer happy to just control the position for now.
Spencer works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Spencer tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Spencer in side control, throwing shots but Derson defends.
Derson wants to get back to his feet.
Derson takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Spencer wants to lay and pray for a moment but Derson keeps working.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Spencer thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Spencer swings around for an armbar but Derson sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Spencer's guard.

Derson wants to stand and escape but instead Spencer has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Spencer makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Spencer postures up in Derson's guard and throws a big left but Derson blocks it.
Spencer cracks Derson with a solid left hand.
Spencer stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Derson swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Spencer throws a strike but Derson rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Spencer manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Jimmy Spencer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Spencer is nestled in close to Derson, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

It looks like Jimmy Spencer has been cut.
Derson throws a nice inside leg kick.
Derson feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Spencers jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Spencer fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Spencer closes this distance looking for a takedown but Derson circles away.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Spencer tries to score a power double leg takedown but Derson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Spencer somewhat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jimmy Spencer. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Spencer gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Derson counters with a low kick, right behind Spencer 's knee.
Derson fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Spencer has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
A nice combination there by Derson.

Derson scores with a kick to the midsection.
Spencer on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Ansilva Derson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Derson lands a big head kick that sends Spencer tumbling to the mat! Derson takes a step backwards and waves Spencer back to his feet - he wants the finish!
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Jimmy Spencer's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
