Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Julio Carona (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aoki Kakashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kakashi has chosen Miike Snow -Animal (Acapella) as his entrance music. Aoki Kakashi has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Julio Carona!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Aoki Kakashi!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Taro Takaoka and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carona throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Kakashi shoots in and gets a takedown into Carona's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Kakashi wants to control from the top but Carona keeps moving.
Kakashi sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Carona's guard.
Kakashi is working for a submission of some sort.
Carona trying to hold on to Kakashi's head to control him but Kakashi postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Carona slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Kakashi postures up.
Carona knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kakashi on the ground.
Carona can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Kakashi controls the pace.
Carona working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kakashi doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Kakashi manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kakashi wants to control from the top but Carona keeps moving.
Kakashi is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Aoki Kakashi hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Carona fails with the takedown.
Carona tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kakashi paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Kakashi shoots in and drives through. Carona sprawls well.
Kakashi shoots in for a takedown but Carona shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Kakashi doesn't manage to clinch there - Carona circles away.
Carona misses with a series of wild punches.
Kakashi throws a leg kick that misses.
Carona looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Carona swats away the attempt to clinch by Kakashi.
Carona has closed the distance and engaged Kakashi in a clinch.
Carona pulls guard.
Kakashi stays in close to Carona's body and controls the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Kakashi prevents Carona from getting back to his feet.

Kakashi looking to sit in guard and control but Carona gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Kakashi looking for a guillotine here but Carona defends easily.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Aoki Kakashi dominated that round.
That's time! Carona's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Carona drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Kakashi is trying to escape the position but Carona is controlling the position.
Carona wants to stand but Kakashi has him controlled and pulls him back into his guard.
Kakashi looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Kakashi is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Carona frees his head nicely. Oh but Kakashi has switched to an armbar! Carona is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
