Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sephiroth Cooper!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Aafke Stam and Albert Achterberg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cooper looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Skarsgard is fending him off so far but Cooper persists. Nope, Skarsgard circles away and we're back to standing.
Skarsgard throws out a loose jab but Cooper uses good head movement to avoid it.
Skarsgard cracks the inside of Cooper's front leg.
Skarsgard tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Cooper paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Cooper takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Cooper shoots in for a takedown but Skarsgard shows good takedown defense.
Cooper shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Skarsgard counters with a series of strikes. Cooper will be more careful next time no doubt.
Erik Skarsgard has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sephiroth Cooper.
Skarsgard throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Cooper sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Skarsgard smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Skarsgard lands with a slapping head kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Cooper misses with a takedown
and Skarsgard counters with an outside leg kick.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Cooper takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Skarsgard throws a solid leg kick but Cooper takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Skarsgard.
Skarsgard lands a lovely overhand right.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Skarsgard! Cooper is out on his feet! Skarsgard rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Cooper is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Cooper is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
