Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Edgar Plum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sancho Vito (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vito fails to land the takedown.
Vito looks for a takedown but Plum sprawls well.
Plum stuffs the takedown attempt from Vito. Vito gets slowly back to his feet.
Edgar Plum has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sancho Vito.

Plum stalks Vito and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Vito's face. Vito staggers backwards, shaken.

and Plum counters with a three punch combo that has Vito backing up. Vito nods at Plum to acknowledge the strikes.
Plum is breathing heavily.
Plum defending well as Vito loads up on a big left hand.
Plum lands with a nice combination. Vito backs away looking to recover.

Vito is rocked!
Plum throws a right hand that Vito ducks under and follows up with a left that Vito also avoids with ease.
Vito is still on wobbly legs! Can Plum finish him?
No joy there for Plum, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Vito takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Sancho Vito seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Plum is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Vito flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Vito is out cold! Plum holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
