Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jing Ya Xu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hans Kruger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kruger has chosen American Idiot as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Hans Kruger has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Wesley Smith and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kruger misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Ya Xu.
Kruger scores with a jab to the head.
Kruger gets tackled into the cage by Ya Xu. Ya Xu maintains the clinch.
Ya Xu breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Kruger slaps away a takedown attempt from Ya Xu, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Ya Xu changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kruger looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Kruger is looking for a sweep.
Kruger takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Ya Xu is chipping away with strikes.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kruger managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Ya Xu.
Kruger tries to buck Ya Xu off but Ya Xu is having none of it.

Ya Xu has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Ya Xu working the ground and pound but Kruger is defending the strikes.

The strikes coming from Ya Xu are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
You can see the frustration on Kruger's face as Ya Xu controls the position.

Kruger looking for a sweep but Ya Xu has passed into full mount! Oh no!
Kruger really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ya Xu. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The referee warns Kruger that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
It looks like Hans Kruger has been cut.
Ya Xu has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Kruger's face.
That has opened up Hans Kruger's cut even more.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Ya Xu lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Hans Kruger's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Hans Kruger's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
