The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Armo misses with a hook.
Vasuri throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Armo scores with the left hand. Vasuri knows he should have avoided that one.

It looks like Kova Vasuri has been cut.
Armo tries to clinch but Vasuri moves out of range.
Armo goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Armo thows a body shot but no joy.
Armo throws out a loose jab but Vasuri uses good head movement to avoid it.
A bone on bone clash there as Armo blocks the leg kick.
Armo throws a body kick that misses.
Vasuri scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Vasuri tries to bum rush Armo with a series of wild strikes but Armo uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Armo lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Armo stuns Vasuri with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Vasuri looks gassed!
Armo lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Vasuri falls backwards - clearly groggy! Armo dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Armoton Armo!
