Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aleksander Pavlyuchenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Piper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Piper pivots, looking for a leg kick but Pavlyuchenko is out of range and Piper settles back down.
Pavlyuchenko shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Piper defends it nicely.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Peter Piper has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Pavlyuchenko dives in and grabs Piper's left leg, looking for a takedown. Piper pushes down on Pavlyuchenko's head and hops out.

Piper tries to clinch up but Pavlyuchenko circles away and keeps his distance.

Piper throws a strike but Pavlyuchenko rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Piper is on top in guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Pavlyuchenko pushes Piper off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Pavlyuchenko shoots for a double leg takedown but Piper sprawls well. He's pushed Pavlyuchenko's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Peter Piper will probably get the nod.

Piper tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Pavlyuchenko paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Piper drops Pavlyuchenko with a right and a left! Piper comes rushing in but Pavlyuchenko regains his composure and manages to keep Piper in guard.

Pavlyuchenko is rocked!

It looks like Aleksander Pavlyuchenko has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Piper loads up on a big left hand. Pavlyuchenko felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Piper looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Pavlyuchenko can't hide his disappointment, as Piper celebrates the victory.
