Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Eric Cain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stand up (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cain throws a quick inside leg kick.
Cain uses good head movement to avoid the hook from up.
up blocks a head kick by Cain.

Cain gets a double leg takedown into up's guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Cain prevents up from getting back to his feet.
Cain trying to control but up is working from the bottom.
Cain is pushing down on up's leg trying to pass to half guard. up is fighting to maintain full guard but Cain has managed to sneak the leg through.
Cain controlling the pace.

Cain stands up from half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Cain dives in and grabs up's left leg, looking for a takedown. up pushes down on Cain's head and hops out.
Cain throws a series of punches but up moves out of range.
Eric Cain seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
up stuffs the takedown.
up tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Cain was well out of range. Poor timing from up.
Cain misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Cain bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of up's head.
up throws a right hand that Cain ducks under and follows up with a left that Cain also avoids with ease.

up misses with a two punch combination.
Cain tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Cain throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by up.
Nice defenses there by Cain.
Donk. Cain catches up right on the button with a cross.

It looks like Stand up has been cut.
Cain closes this distance looking for a takedown but up circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Eric Cain. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Cain is breathing heavily.
up swinging wildly here.
up scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Cain fails with the takedown.
up throws a right and a left that both miss.

Cain bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Cain creates some space and throws a big elbow, but up sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Cain trying to control the position but up is working away.

Cain is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but up is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
up is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Cain asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Cain has hold of up's arm. He's looking for a kimura. up seems comfortable defending it but Cain has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! up is real pain and he's forced to tap out! up is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Cain couldn't care less - he's delighted!
