Balkan comes into the arena with Kosovo is Serbia blaring out of the sound system. Rene has chosen Billionaire as his entrance music. Boris Balkan has the better chin. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Balkan thuds his shin into the meat of Rene's side.

Rene gets tackled into the cage by Balkan. Balkan maintains the clinch.

Rene lands an uppercut.
Balkan tries a knee to the head but Rene blocks it.
Balkan throws an elbow but it misses.

Shane Rene's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Balkan throws an elbow but it's blocked.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Balkan keeps Rene at a distance using the push kick.
Balkan throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Rene stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Rene has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Balkan.

Balkan feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Rene sprawling to the canvas! Rene rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Balkan finish him?!

Rene is rocked!

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Shane Rene's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
