Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jealous Jarvae (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Drew Carpenter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carpenter has chosen Blue Heaven as his entrance music. Jealous Jarvae has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jealous Jarvae!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Drew Carpenter!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Alyssa Summers and Lou da Vinci.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carpenter sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Good leg kick by Carpenter there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Carpenter tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Jarvae is able to avoid easily.

Carpenter has closed the distance and engaged Jarvae in a clinch.
Carpenter has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Jarvae is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Jarvae breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Carpenter has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Jarvae.
