Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Willie Connor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Morrison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Connor comes into the arena with Dropkick Murphys-Rocky Road To Dublin blaring out of the sound system. Morrison has chosen Jingle Bell Knock Out as his entrance music. John Morrison has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Gwen Towbar and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Connor throws a sloppy body shot
letting Morrison counter with a right hand.
Morrison shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Connor sprawls well. Connor wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Morrison gets slowly back to his feet.
Connor tries to close the distance and clinch up but Morrison swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Connor throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
No luck for Morrison with that takedown attempt.
Connor keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Morrison throws the left hand but Connor avoids the punch easily.
Morrison closes the distance and clinches up with Connor, looking for a takedown. Morrison pushes Connor against the cage but Connor circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Willie Connor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Morrison.
Connor avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Connor tries to clinch but Morrison is having none of it.
Connor connects with a leg kick. Morrison looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
