Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tong Poo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rui Augustine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Poo throws a lazy head kick

and Augustine counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Poo is trying to escape back to his feet but Augustine uses the scramble to pass into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Poo taking a bit of punishment here - Augustine scoring with strikes.
Augustine cracks Poo with a big elbow.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Poo dodges the ground and pound from Augustine.
Poo is trying to buck Augustine off.
Augustine fails to land a wild elbow strike.

Augustine creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Augustine has an Americana. Poo didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Augustine is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Augustine hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
