Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Albert Fish (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Oquendo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

13 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jose Oquendo!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Yves DeLean and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oquendo feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Fish's calf.
Fish has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Fish there as he acknowledges the shot.
Oquendo tries a head kick but it misses.
Fish dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Oquendo. That did some damage!
Fish throws a looping overhand right but Oquendo ducks down to avoid it.
Fish shoots in for a double leg but Oquendo sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Oquendo looks for the body kick but Fish saw that one coming.
Oquendo throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Fish's head.
It looks like Albert Fish has been cut.
Oquendo swings for the body but Fish moves out of range.
Jose Oquendo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Oquendo catches Fish with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Oquendo fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fish manages to avoid it.

Fish motions for Oquendo to come forward. Fish throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Oquendo throws a head kick that Fish semi-blocks.

Fish throws a big shot that misses.
Fish throws a jab when Oquendo was well out of range.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Fish, as that shot connected.
Fish on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Oquendo throws a predictable looking body shot
and Oquendo takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Fish moves out of range as Oquendo throws a body kick.
Oquendo takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Oquendo lands with a kick to the temple. Fish shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Albert Fish's cut is getting worse.

Fish misses with a looping left.
Fish takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Oquendo lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Fish is breathing heavily.
A head kick misses from Fish.
Oquendo misses with a jab, cross combination.
Oquendo chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Fish misses with a wild combination.
Fish looks to land a right hand but Oquendo moved out of range.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Fish crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Oquendo - the referee stops the clock and Fish gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Oquendo. Fish manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Fish fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Oquendo moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Oquendo pushes Fish away with a front kick.
Fish takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Oquendo plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Fish is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Oh Fish is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Oquendo throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Fish seems to have got his legs back now.
Good leg kick by Oquendo there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
