Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Goldie Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thomas Peterson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Peterson has chosen Remember the Name by Fort Minor as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilson lands a nice shot that snaps Peterson's head back.

Peterson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Wilson feints and then cracks Peterson's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Peterson down.
Thomas Peterson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Wilson counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Wilson drops Peterson with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Peterson looks back up at him and smiles so Wilson waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
