Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rickson Araujo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brad Finley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Finley has chosen Welcome to the Jungle as his entrance music. Rickson Araujo had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 186.3lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Araujo stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Finley tries to close the distance and clinch but Araujo swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Finley thows a leg kick but Araujo checks it
and Araujo cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Finley bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Finley just misses with a punch to the body.
Finley swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Finley shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Araujo as he avoids it easily.
Finley loads up on a big right hand but Araujo slips the punch.
Araujo throws a head kick that misses.
Araujo looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Finley moves into the clinch successfully.

Araujo feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Finleys jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Finley shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
