The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garner is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Good leg kick by Parts there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Garner is looking to clinch.
Parts catches Garner with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Parts goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

It looks like Rodney Garner has been cut.
Garner swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Garner on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Parts. Parts obviously looking to wear him down.
Garner wants to clinch.
Garner takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Parts.
Parts fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Garner.
Parts thuds a left hand into Garner's body.
Nice shot by Parts.
Garner tries to clinch but Parts moves away
and Parts counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Garner looks gassed!

Parts lands a left and a right that send Garner crashing to the mat, dazed. Parts thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

That's one minute gone in the round.

Parts drops Garner with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Garner looks back up at him and smiles so Parts waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Garner is rocked!

That has opened up Rodney Garner's cut even more.
Garner bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Parts comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Garner falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Garner was out before he hit the floor!
