Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Drako Vladamir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jair Lao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Jair Lao enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Vladamir feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Vladamir is fighting to break Lao's control of his arms but Lao is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Let's hope that Lao has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Lao is on top in guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Vladamir is bucking up trying to escape but Lao cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Lao shoots in looking for a takedown. Vladamir tries to sprawl out of it but Lao keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Vladamir manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
The fight stays on the outside here - Vladamir looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Lao shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Vladamir as he avoids it easily.

Lao looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Vladamir covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
