Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Neil McKenzie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tomasz Szczakowiecki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Neil McKenzie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tomasz Szczakowiecki!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shigeki Sano and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McKenzie gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Szczakowiecki counters with a series of strikes. McKenzie will be more careful next time no doubt.
McKenzie misses with a body shot.
McKenzie shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Szczakowiecki as he avoids it easily.
McKenzie misses with a two punch combination.
Szczakowiecki sends McKenzie crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Szczakowiecki is motioning to the referee to let McKenzie up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
McKenzie is rocked!
It looks like Neil McKenzie has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Szczakowiecki misses with a wild body shot.
Szczakowiecki swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
McKenzie lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Szczakowiecki circles away quickly and effectively.
McKenzie shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Szczakowiecki as he avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Neil McKenzie. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Szczakowiecki keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Oh McKenzie is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A combination from Szczakowiecki does no damage.
McKenzie seems to have got his legs back now.
McKenzie shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Szczakowiecki jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Szczakowiecki lands a brutal uppercut that launches McKenzie off his feet! McKenzie tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
