Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jonny Bones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ubereem Aplestair (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ubereem Aplestair will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Jonny Bones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ubereem Aplestair!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Paul Tew and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Aplestair.
Ubereem Aplestair seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Aplestair on the wrong end of a nice jab.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Aplestair will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Bones gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Aplestair tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Bones smiles and moves away.

Aplestair is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Bones to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Bones shrugs it off.

Bones goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Aplestair shoots for a double leg takedown but Bones sprawls well. He's pushed Aplestair's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Bones has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Aplestair regains guard immediately.

Aplestair escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bones gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Aplestair is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Bones makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Aplestair can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Bones controls the pace.

Well Bones has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
