And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Albert Achterberg and Saam Ante.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Austen.
Dos Santos tries to clinch there but Austen circles away.
Dos Santos wants to clinch up but Austen keeps it at a distance.
Dos Santos tries to close the distance and clinch but Austen swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Austen circles away from the clinch attempt.
Dos Santos tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Austen paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Dos Santos throws a head kick that lands with a deafening thwack! The crowd roars as Austen stumbles backwards and falls to the mat. Dos Santos follows into mount!

Austen is rocked!

It looks like Peter Austen has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Austen can't escape the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Austen should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Austen is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Austen sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Austen makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!

Austen tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Dos Santos lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Austen crumples to the floor! Dos Santos milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
