The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Iron slaps away a takedown attempt from Lao, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Lao circles away from the clinch attempt.
Iron tries to clinch there but Lao circles away.
Dreiko Lao seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lao shoots in looking for a takedown but Iron manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Lao's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Lao looks gassed!
Iron lands a nice hook to Lao's body. Lao takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Iron tries to clinch there but Lao circles away.
Iron throws a wild body kick that Lao sees coming a mile off.

Iron lands a left and a right that send Lao crashing to the mat, dazed. Iron thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Lao takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Iron tries a head kick but it misses.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Iron.
The fight stays on the outside here - Iron looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Lao keeps the fight on the outside.
Iron scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Iron scores with a three punch combo!

Lao is rocked!
Iron feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Lao crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
