Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mirko Filipovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ayumu Hirohito (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hirohito has chosen The Vapors - I think I'm turning Japanese as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Hirohito counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

A head kick by Filipovic misses
and Hirohito counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Hirohito throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Filipovic stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Hirohito lands a big head kick that sends Filipovic tumbling to the mat! Hirohito takes a step backwards and waves Filipovic back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Mirko Filipovic has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hirohito lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Filipovic is looking to close the distance but Hirohito sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Filipovic crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Filipovic is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
