Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sergei Kharitonov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aaron Epps (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Sergei Kharitonov has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Sergei Kharitonov seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Epps displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Kharitonov.
Kharitonov throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Epps cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

It looks like Sergei Kharitonov has been cut.
Kharitonov steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Epps.
Kharitonov tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Epps manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Kharitonov takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Kharitonov misses with a double jab.
Kharitonov fails with a takedown attempt.
A punch combination from Kharitonov misses.
Kharitonov swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Kharitonov looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Epps has taken the fight to the clinch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

A frustrated look appears on Kharitonov's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Epps lands with a right to the head.

Epps escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Kharitonov throws a right and a left that both miss.
Kharitonov throws a jab but it's blocked by Epps.
Kharitonov swinging wildly here.
Kharitonov gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Kharitonov is breathing heavily.

Epps cracks Kharitonov with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Epps has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Kharitonov to stand back up!

Kharitonov is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Epps clinches.
Kharitonov creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Epps pushes Kharitonov back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Nice body punch from Epps.
Nice body punch from Epps - that landed with a thud.
Epps lands a right hand that snaps the head of Kharitonov backwards.
A short body shot lands from Epps as the two fighters clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Epps digs a right hand into Kharitonov's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Kharitonov's gas tank.
Epps manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

Epps breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Kharitonov fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Epps is out of range.
Epps tests Kharitonov's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Sergei Kharitonov's cut is getting worse.
Epps connects with a body shot that sends Kharitonov's belly button to the back.
Epps throws an overhand right that has Kharitonov reeling! Epps follows up with more punches and Kharitonov is out cold! This one is all over!
