Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Blood Wizard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Amzi Azzan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Azzan thows a body shot but no joy.
Wizard staying out of range there.
Azzan throws a lazy right hand but Wizard sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Azzan misses with a few strikes there.
Azzan tries to clinch but Wizard is having none of it.
Wizard keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Azzan.

Wizard throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Azzan tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Wizard manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Wizard throws a hook to the side of Azzan's head but Azzan sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Azzan throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Azzan's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Azzan shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Wizard's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Wizard had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Azzan defends it easily.

Wizard has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Azzan can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Azzan slaps away a takedown attempt from Wizard, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Azzan swings for the body but Wizard moves out of range.

Wizard takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Wizard manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
