Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between William Jacks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lucas Gustavo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, William Gold and James Ackerman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gustavo uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Jacks has time to react.
Gustavo rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jacks moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Gustavo bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Jacks! He dives into his guard looking to finish!

It looks like William Jacks has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Gustavo trying to control the position from guard on top but Jacks is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Gustavo is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Gustavo drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Gustavo jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Gustavo drops back looking for a leg! Jacks is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Jacks manages to kick Gustavo off! Gustavo jumps back into Jacks's guard.

Jacks on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Jacks tries to get out of the position.
Gustavo wants to control from the top but Jacks keeps moving.
Gustavo wanted to stand there but Jacks had control of the position.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Gustavo wants to pass the guard but Jacks is keeping the position.
Gustavo trying to control but Jacks is working from the bottom.
Gustavo wants to stand but Jacks has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gustavo stands and throws Jacks's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Gustavo is working to tighten is grip on Jacks's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Jacks has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Gustavo is really squeezing tight and eventually Jacks passes out! Gustavo breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
