Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, William McKey!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Cisay Salace!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, William Gold and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Salace fails with an attempt to clinch.
McKey thows a leg kick but Salace checks it
and Salace finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Cisay Salace seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
McKey tries to close the distance and clinch but Salace swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Salace lands a nice looking body shot.
Salace shoots in but no luck this time.
Salace fails with the takedown.
McKey misses with a few strikes there.
Salace looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Salace throws a sloppy head kick and McKey moves out of range easily.

Salace closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. McKey quickly recovers to half guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Salace looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks McKey with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Salace shoots in for a double leg but McKey sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Salace looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? McKey is fending him off so far but Salace persists. Nope, McKey circles away and we're back to standing.

McKey utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Salace gets to his feet. McKey looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

McKey on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if McKey tries to get out of the position.
McKey takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Salace shoots in looking for a takedown. McKey tries to sprawl out of it but Salace keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. McKey manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Salace tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. McKey manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Salace pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
McKey moves out of range of the leg kick from Salace.
Salace fails with a takedown attempt.
Salace throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Cisay Salace showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Salace tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but McKey paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Salace fakes high and swings low for a body shot but McKey manages to avoid it.
Salace takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

and McKey counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

McKey lands with a hook. Salace tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Salace avoids the head kick by McKey.

McKey connects with a vicious head kick that knocks Salace to the floor! McKey dives in looking for the finish!

McKey scores with a big shot! Salace's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Salace! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
