Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ron Sparks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vinnie Vincent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vincent has chosen Boyz Are Gonna Rock as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sparks wants to clinch up but Vincent keeps it at a distance.

Sparks drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Vincent is trying to keep Sparks in close.
Sparks will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

That was a close round but I would say that Ron Sparks will probably get the nod.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Sparks got a little sloppy there for a moment and Vincent has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Sparks has managed to get both his arms back between Vincent's legs - danger averted.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ron Sparks.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Sparks, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
