Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chris Mason (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roninga Dogg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dogg has chosen Nate Dogg ft Obie Trice - The Setup as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Chris Mason is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mason tries to keep at a distance but Dogg has taken the fight into the clinch.
Mason tries to circle away but Dogg has him pinned against the cage.
Mason tries to break free but Dogg pushes him back against the cage.
Mason gets underhooks to prevent Dogg's takedown attempt.
Dogg wants to break the clinch but can't.
Dogg misses with a body punch.

Mason has Dogg pressed against the cage, preventing Dogg from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Dogg jumps into guard, dragging Mason to the mat.

Mason has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Dogg is working away from the top position though.

It looks like Roninga Dogg has been cut.

Mason throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Dogg was covering up waiting for the punch and Mason finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Mason is looking to stand up but Dogg won't let him.

That was a close round but I would say that Chris Mason will probably get the nod.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Dogg will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Mason shoots in but Dogg avoids the takedown attempt easily.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dogg is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Mason!

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Mason is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Dogg is controlling the position but Mason somehow manages to roll and ends up with half guard.

Roninga Dogg showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Chris Mason is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Mason tries to close the distance and clinch up but Dogg swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Mason goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Dogg slaps away a takedown attempt from Mason, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Dogg misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Dogg has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Mason uses from the top position.
Mason tries to free his leg and advance position but Dogg is retaining full guard.

Dogg is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Dogg extends the arm and Mason is forced to tap!
