Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Brandon Spiller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Connor MacLeod (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Spiller comes to the cage accompanied by I know you want me. MacLeod has chosen Princes Of The Universe as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spiller keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
MacLeod throws a hook but Spiller avoids it easily.
Spiller misses the shot to the body.
A head kick misses from Spiller.
MacLeod closes the distance but Spiller moves to the side
and Spiller counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

MacLeod connects with a body shot that sends Spiller's belly button to the back.
Brandon Spiller seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Spiller rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but MacLeod moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

MacLeod tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Spiller paws at him with a jab and circles away.

and MacLeod counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Spiller moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

and MacLeod counters with a crisp one two that drops Spiller! MacLeod thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Spiller to his feet! Spiller is in big trouble!

Spiller is rocked!
MacLeod dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Oh Spiller is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

MacLeod cracks Spiller with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. MacLeod has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Spiller to stand back up!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Spiller throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent MacLeod stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Spiller gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! MacLeod gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Spiller is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
