The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Russo swats away the attempt to clinch by More.
More with a lazy takedown attempt
and Russo counters with a nice body shot.
More looks gassed!
No joy there for Russo, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Russo shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Russo lands with a punch from half guard.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Russo lands a nice short elbow.
More taking some punishment here, with Russo in his half guard.
Russo seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but More does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Russo working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Russo looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks More with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
More is still in real trouble! Can Russo finish him?
Russo scores with a big shot! More's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save More! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
