Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rick Robinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Polk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Robinson comes into the arena with Rick Astley - Never Gonna Give You Up blaring out of the sound system. Rick Robinson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 22 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rick Robinson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, James Polk!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Alec Ball and Gregory Folan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robinson throws a head kick but Polk moves out of range.
Polk shoots for a double leg takedown but Robinson sprawls well. He's pushed Polk's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Horrible takedown by Polk or perhaps it was just good defense by Robinson which made him look bad.
