The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trampling throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Trampling throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Trampling wants to clinch up but Lieu keeps it at a distance.
That kick from Lieu tenderised Trampling's leg. Trampling is trying to keep his angry face on.
Trampling tries to clinch but Lieu moves out of range.
Trampling throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Lieu connects with a crisp jab.
Lieu feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Trampling's calf.
Lieu scores with a head kick. Trampling tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

Lieu tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Trampling was well out of range. Poor timing from Lieu.

Lieu throws a shot from downtown. Trampling moves away and avoids it.
Trampling stalks Lieu and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Lieu's face. Lieu staggers backwards, shaken.
A slow jab from Lieu misses its intended target.
Trampling thows a left - swing and a miss!
A telegraphed right hand from Lieu misses the target.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Trampling dips to his left and cracks Lieu with an uppercut!
Lieu checks the leg kick nicely there.
Trampling throws a head kick that Lieu semi-blocks.
Trampling throws a leg kick but Lieu sees it coming and moves out of range.
Lieu steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Trampling.
A looping hook to the body misses from Lieu. Trampling does a little dance to reset his feet.

Lieu is rocked!
Trampling tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Lieu is still on wobbly legs! Can Trampling finish him?
Lieu thows a body shot but no joy.

Lieu tries to keep at a distance but Trampling has taken the fight into the clinch.
Trampling throws a knee to the head but misses.
Trampling gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Clinched against the cage, Trampling lands a big elbow that drops Lieu! The ref dives in to save him from more shots - Lieu is complaining that he's OK but he was done.
