Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joaquin Fortunato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Doug Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fortunato's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Led Zeppelin - Stairway to Heaven . Davis has chosen Stan Bush - Dare as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Fortunato scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
It looks like Doug Davis has been cut.
Fortunato throws a body kick the misses
and Davis counters with a low kick, right behind Fortunato 's knee.

Davis lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Fortunato misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Davis counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Davis takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Davis moves out of range of the strikes.
Davis ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Fortunato moves away.
Fortunato rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Davis moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Fortunato on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Fortunato takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Davis scores with a leg kick.
Davis is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Fortunato.
Fortunato throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Davis sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Fortunato bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Davis's head.
Davis throws a leg kick which misses Fortunato's front leg but catches the back leg as Fortunato tries to avoid it.
Davis scores with a shot to the body.
Davis wants to land a leg kick but Fortunato is out of range.

A telegraphed right hand from Davis misses the target.
Davis connects with a jab.
Fortunato throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Fortunato unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Davis wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Fortunato celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
