Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between James Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Rosholt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, James Brown!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jake Rosholt!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, John Kavanagh and Columbo Gatti.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Rosholt.

Rosholt drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Brown is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Rosholt defends well.
Rosholt being controlled here momentarily.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Well Brown has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
