The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, John Roberts and Reed Andrews.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Li fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Jamison sprawls well initially but Li persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Jamison looking for submissions off his back.
Jamison trying to hold on to Li's head to control him but Li postures up.
Jamison is looking to improve his position.
Li tries to pass to full mount but Jamison defends it.
Jamison wants to get back to full guard.
Li wants to pass to mount but Jamison is defending the position.
Li passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Jamison!
Li fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Jamison is in all sorts of trouble here.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Li prevents Jamison from getting the reversal.

Jamison defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Li.
Jamison can't escape the position.
Jamison tries to lock up and control but Li gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Li is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Jamison is trying to reverse the position but instead Li has taken his back - oops!
Will Li go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?

Jamison trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble.
Jamison looks gassed!
Jamison is trapped and Li is scoring with shots to the head and body.
Li is trying to stick to Jamison's back but Jamison is turning into Li. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Li's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Jamison.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Li can't keep his opponent in guard - Jamison advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Jamison is pressing down on Li's thigh, looking to free his foot. Li is holding on for now.

Li kicks off Jamison and gets to his feet.

Li changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jamison looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Jamison prevents Li from improving position.
Li trying to control the action but Jamison is working from the bottom.
Jamison sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Jamison is not content to let Li control the position.

Li is working for a kimura but Jamison is defending it quite comfortably.

Li seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Li is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Jamison is just riding it out for now. Li eventually gives up the hold.
Jamison moves into full guard.
Li with a flurry of punches that miss.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Li wants to stand but Jamison is controlling his posture from full guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Li accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Jamison looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Li tries to free his leg and advance position but Jamison is retaining full guard.

Jamison had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Li is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Jamison Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Li's back instead.

Li trying to control the position but Jamison manages to sink in the hooks.
Jamison is landing with strikes from the back.
Li tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
Jamison avoids the attempt from Li to control.

Jamison has control of Li's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Li regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Jamison looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Jamison wants to take Li's back but he can't do it this time.
Li manages to regain half guard. Good work.

Jamison is looking to take a break and control but Li is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Kiett Li will probably get the nod.

Li knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jamison on the ground.

Jamison is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Li is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Jamison has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Li is looking to defend but Jamison has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Li! Jamison pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Li taps out and this one is all over!
