Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Michal Hebda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jiggaboo Crane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hebda comes to the cage accompanied by Disturbed - Another way to die. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Michal Hebda! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jiggaboo Crane! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Aafke Stam and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hebda fails with an attempt to clinch.
Hebda takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Hebda moves away from the strike by Crane. Crane scores with a hook. Crane lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Crane paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Hebda closes the distance looking to clinch and Crane counters with a straight right hand. Crane works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Hebda takes a jab right on the kisser.
Crane connects with a right hand. Hebda shakes it off. This has been an exciting period of action! Hebda fails with an attempt to clinch.
Hebda darts in trying to clinch and Crane counters with a lovely shot to the body. Crane scores with a jab. Crane decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Crane wants to take a breather but Hebda is having none of it. Hebda trying to control here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nice strikes from Crane there. Crane with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Crane winds up and cracks Hebda with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Hebda is staying active underneath Crane, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Crane stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Crane swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Jiggaboo Crane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hebda moves in looking to clinch but Crane pushes him off. Hebda takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Crane is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Hebda had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté. Crane scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Crane dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Crane stuns Hebda with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Crane has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Crane cracks Hebda with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Crane swats away the attempt to clinch by Hebda.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hebda is looking to clinch but Crane is avoiding it.
Hebda tries to clinch but Crane moves out of range. Crane is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Crane swats away the attempt to clinch by Hebda. Crane scores with a body shot.
Hebda needs to keep his hands up - Crane had a free shot at his head there. Crane drives through with a takedown into Hebda's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Crane trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Hebda wants to get back to his feet but Crane is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Crane trying to control the position from guard on top but Hebda is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Crane is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Crane in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Crane tries to free his leg and advance position but Hebda is retaining full guard. Crane wants to control from the top but Hebda keeps moving. Crane wants to stand but Hebda has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Crane looking to pass the guard. Crane controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Jiggaboo Crane hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Crane lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Hebda at a distance.
Hebda walks into a straight right hand from Crane. Hebda fails with an attempt to clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Crane jabs at Hebda's body. Crane punishes Hebda's body with a nice straight punch. Crane cracks Hebda with an open hand slap. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Crane scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Hebda tries to clinch but Crane moves out of range. Crane moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Crane lands a jab to the head.
Hebda is looking to clinch but Crane is avoiding it.
Hebda tries to clinch but Crane is having none of it. Hebda is breathing heavily. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Hebda walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
It looks like Michal Hebda has been cut. Crane lands with a right hand. Hebda closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Crane looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Hebda closes the distance and pushes Crane back into the cage. Crane manages to break the clinch.
Crane digs a good hook to Hebda's body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jiggaboo Crane dominated that round. The cut man is working on Michal Hebda's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Hebda needs to keep his hands up - Crane had a free shot at his head there. Hebda looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Crane gets the takedown into side control. Hebda taking punishment in the form of punches.
Hebda pushes Crane away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Crane gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Hebda might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Crane wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hebda keeps working. Hebda is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Crane asserts his dominance and retains side control. Crane advances to mount. Hebda is squirming around, avoiding Crane's attempts to control the action. Crane is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Crane working for a guillotine from mount but Hebda is in no mood to give up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hebda is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
Crane trying to control but Hebda is having none of it. Hebda prevents Crane from taking his back. Crane landing shots from mount. Jiggaboo Crane has got the better of the ground game so far. Crane sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Crane stands up from mount. Strange move. Hebda takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Crane swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Michal Hebda is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Crane dips to his left and cracks Hebda with an uppercut! Hebda on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Hebda tries to clinch but Crane moves out of range. Hebda wants to clinch. Hebda tries to clinch and Crane counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Hebda tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Crane paws at him with a jab and circles away. Crane shoots in for a takedown but Hebda shows good takedown defense. Crane connects with the punch. Crane lands a body shot.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Crane connects with a body shot that sends Hebda's belly button to the back. Crane fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Hebda on the side of the head. The fight stays on the outside here - Hebda looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Danga de danga de dang - Crane scores with a four punch combination! Crane jabs at Hebda's body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A punch lands to the side of Hebda 's head but he takes it in his stride. Crane has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Crane thuds a left hand into Hebda's body. Hebda is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Hebda with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Crane to score with a decent uppercut. Crane shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hebda sprawls well. Hebda wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Crane gets slowly back to his feet. Crane scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Crane lands a jab to the nose. Good shot there by Crane. Crane changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Crane fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Hebda on the side of the head. Hebda takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. This has been an exciting period of action! Hebda tries to clinch up. Jab, jab by Crane - just one landing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hebda is looking to clinch. Nice jab there from Crane. Crane lands a really nice looking cross but Hebda seems unphased.
Crane lands a glancing blow to the side of Hebda's head. Crane lands with a nice body punch. Hebda takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Crane digs a good hook to Hebda's body.
A head kick misses from Crane. Hebda moves forwards but Crane connects with a nice, crisp jab. Crane fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Crane cracks Hebda with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Crane connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Jiggaboo Crane seems to be getting the better of the standup. Jab, jab by Crane - just one landing. Crane scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Hebda doesn't seem bothered though. Crane cracks Hebda with a right hand to the side of the head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jiggaboo Crane showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Michal Hebda's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Left hook, right uppercut from Crane. Hebda is looking to clinch. Crane lands a nice looking body shot.
Crane lunges at Hebda with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Hebda's hand. Crane lands a glancing blow to the side of Hebda's head. Crane lands with a cross. Crane misses with a series of wild punches.
Hebda gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Crane. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Hebda!
It looks like Jiggaboo Crane has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Crane scores with a hook. A nice combination there by Crane.
Crane fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Crane dips to his left and cracks Hebda with an uppercut! Crane throws a lazy head kick and Hebda holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Hebda misses with a body punch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Crane is trying to break the clinch but Hebda has him pressed against the cage. Hebda tries to stall but Crane uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Crane tries to break the clinch but Hebda is controlling the position. Crane prevents Hebda from breaking the clinch. Crane scores with a shot to the side of Hebda's head. Crane manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Hebda avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Crane tries to land a sweep but no joy. Crane can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Hebda controls the pace. Crane keeping moving, preventing Hebda from controlling successfully. Crane had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Hebda defends it easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Crane working for a triangle but Hebda defends it easily.
Hebda is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Hebda pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Crane is keeping the position for now. Crane has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Crane is trying to control the position but Hebda postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hebda looking to sit in guard and control but Crane gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Crane loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Crane wants to pass the guard but Hebda is keeping the position. Crane wants to control from the top but Hebda keeps moving. Hebda is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Hebda on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Crane tests Hebda's chin there with a solid looking shot.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hebda takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Michal Hebda is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Crane throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hebda stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. The fighters circling - Hebda throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Crane ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Crane tests Hebda's chin there with a solid looking shot. Hebda tries to close the distance and clinch but Crane swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Michal Hebda has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Hebda closes the distance but Crane moves to the side and Crane makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Jiggaboo Crane is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Crane fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Hebda on the side of the head. This has been an exciting period of action! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Crane looks to land a combination but Hebda avoids it well. Crane paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Hebda tried to score with a low kick but Crane checks it. Crane fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
And that's the end of the fight! Jiggaboo Crane comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Crane winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
