PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Majin Boo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Slow Fade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Boo might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to I Fucking Hate You by Godsmack. Fade is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Terror-Stick Tight. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fade lands a right hook to the body.
Fade throws a right and a left that Boo avoids nicely.
Fade looks to land a left hand but Boo moved out of range nicely.
Boo drops his hands momentarily and Fade takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Fade will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Fade is looking to land body kicks.
Boo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Fade tries to avoid it but Boo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Fade to the ground. Fade escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Boo fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Majin Boo. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Boo feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Fade can do anything to dispel that myth.

Slow Fade's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
