Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Jussipe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlo Lucatelli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lucatelli changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jussipe tries to avoid it but Lucatelli manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jussipe to the ground. Jussipe escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Jussipe wants to control but Lucatelli is keeping him busy.

Jussipe thows a huge punch but Lucatelli dodges it nicely.

Jussipe seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Lucatelli does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Jussipe wants to free his trapped foot but Lucatelli is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Jussipe shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Jussipe was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
