Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Richard Clark and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones stuffs the takedown.
Jones uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Demonstrada.
Jones takes one on the chin but seems OK.
It looks like Alex Jones has been cut.
Demonstrada misses with a straight left.
Jones lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Jones moves out of range of the strikes.
Demonstrada misses with a hook. Jones ducked under it nicely.
Jones lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
A looping hook to the body misses from Demonstrada. Jones does a little dance to reset his feet.
Jones ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Jones should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Demonstrada fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jones manages to avoid it.
Demonstrada lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Jones closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Jones delivers a nice body kick.
Darzee Demonstrada seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Demonstrada feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Jones sprawling to the canvas! Jones rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Demonstrada finish him?!
Jones is rocked!
That has opened up Alex Jones's cut even more.
Demonstrada throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Jones is still on wobbly legs! Can Demonstrada finish him?
Nice defenses there by Jones.
Demonstrada cracks Jones with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Jones falls to his knees and Demonstrada doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Darzee Demonstrada!
