Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Roy Mustang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kari Peippo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Peippo has chosen Public Enemy - Terminator X to the Edge of Panic as his entrance music. Kari Peippo will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mustang avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Mustang keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Peippo.
Peippo scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
A looping hook to the body misses from Peippo. Mustang does a little dance to reset his feet.
Peippo tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Mustang was well out of range. Poor timing from Peippo.
Mustang dodges the punch combination from Peippo.
Mustang shoots and misses
and Peippo counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Peippo thows a body shot but no joy.
Peippo tried to score with a low kick but Mustang checks it.
Mustang throws a leg kick but Peippo moved away.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Mustang.
Mustang will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Roy Mustang. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Mustang is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Peippo is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Mustang stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Peippo swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Mustang sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Peippo's guard.
Mustang wants to take a breather but Peippo is having none of it.
Peippo tries to roll over but Mustang keeps him under control.
Mustang is trying to control the action in half guard but Peippo is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Mustang throws a big right hand that misses.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Peippo is looking to sinch up a triangle. Mustang throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Peippo's body to avoid the submission. Peippo has instead reached around Mustang's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Peippo arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
