Midgard tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Mccaughan manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Mccaughan lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Mccaughan.

Midgard shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Mccaughan slips under a jab from Midgard.
Midgard gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Midgard throws a chopping leg kick but Mccaughan manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Mccaughan shoots in for a takedown but Midgard shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Mccaughan has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Midgard finds it's way round the side to connect with Mccaughan's head.

and Midgard rattles Mccaughan with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Mccaughan tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Midgard dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Mccaughan stiff and motionless on the mat!
