Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anton Bedar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shane Snow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Anton Bedar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Shane Snow!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Andrew Berry and Donald Grub.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bedar closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Snow wants to control but Bedar is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Bedar lands strikes from half guard.
Bedar wants to stand up but Snow has a hold of him and won't allow it.

Snow manages to escape and get back to his feet!

Snow has closed the distance and engaged Bedar in a clinch.
Bedar really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Snow's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Snow tries to pull guard but Bedar won't allow it.

Snow tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Bedar obliges.
Snow is trying to break free.
Snow fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Anton Bedar has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Shane Snow.
Bedar tries to circle away but Snow has him pinned against the cage.

Snow controls Bedar momentarily but Bedar frees himself.
Snow throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Bedar will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Bedar tries to free his leg and advance position but Snow is retaining full guard.

Bedar stands and steps away. Snow gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Snow looks gassed!

Snow fails in his attempt to clinch.
Snow swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Bedar tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Snow manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Horrible takedown by Bedar or perhaps it was just good defense by Snow which made him look bad.
Snow throws a body kick that misses.
Bedar misses with a takedown attempt - Snow sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Snow moves to clinch but Bedar breaks away
and Bedar connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Bedar fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Snow keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Snow shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Snow was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Snow takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Bedar tries to lock up and control but Snow gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Bedar in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
Snow cracks Bedar with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Snow takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Snow is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Bedar can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Snow putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!

This has been an exciting period of action!
Bedar is in all sorts of trouble here.
Snow looking to control and managing it successfully.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!



Bedar gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Bedar looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Bedar looking for a guillotine here but Snow defends easily.

Snow drops back, looking for a kneebar! Bedar looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Bedar looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Bedar!
Shane Snow has got the better of the ground game so far.

Bedar is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Snow is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Snow tries to bench press Bedar off him but Bedar keeps the position.
Snow wants to control but Bedar postures up.

Bedar swings around for an armbar but Snow sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Bedar's guard.

Snow trying to control the position from guard on top but Bedar is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Snow seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Shane Snow.

Bedar tries to keep at a distance but Snow has taken the fight into the clinch.

Snow throws a right and a left that Bedar avoids nicely.
Snow looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Snow misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bedar shoots for a double leg takedown but Snow sprawls well. He's pushed Bedar's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Nice takedown defense from Snow. No joy for Bedar on that attempt.
Bedar tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Snow manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Snow moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Snow moves into range and clinches up with Bedar.

Snow escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Bedar is defended easily by Snow.
Bedar throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Snow fails with a takedown attempt.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Snow throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Shane Snow showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!


Snow wants to clinch but Bedar slips to the side

and Bedar moves into the clinch.
Snow gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Bedar.
Bedar is trying to force a seperation but Snow has the dominant position.
Snow tries to score a body lock takedown but Bedar shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Bedar is trying to stall.
Snow is working for takedown but Bedar is calmly controlling the position for now.

Snow lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Bedar wants to get back to full guard.
Snow works his foot free and advances to mount.
Bedar tries to hold on but Snow postures up.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Snow controlling from mount.
Snow scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Bedar?

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bedar keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Snow working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Snow throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.
Snow tries to control but Bedar wriggling away.
Snow looking to take Bedar's back but Bedar rolls and after a scramble, Bedar ends up on top in guard. Nice escape there from Bedar to escape a tricky position.

Snow throws his legs up looking for a submission but Bedar uses it to pass to side control.
Bedar moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
Snow is trying to work for a sweep but Bedar has mounted him!

Snow can't escape the position.
Bedar tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Bedar wants to control the pace but Snow is squirming around nicely.

Bedar is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Snow to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Snow shrugs it off.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Snow is bucking up trying to escape but Bedar cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

And that's the end of the fight!
Shane Snow comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Snow has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
