The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bryant fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Kozlov avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Bryant shoots in for a takedown but Kozlov shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Bryant closes the distance and clinches up with Kozlov, looking for a takedown. Bryant pushes Kozlov against the cage but Kozlov circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Andrei Kozlov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brian Bryant.

Kozlov blocks a head kick by Bryant.
Brian Bryant seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bryant tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kozlov swivels and escapes.
Bryant has a takedown stuffed.
Bryant dives in and grabs Kozlov's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kozlov pushes down on Bryant's head and hops out.
Bryant is looking to clinch but Kozlov is avoiding it.

Kozlov stuffs the takedown attempt from Bryant. Bryant gets slowly back to his feet.
Bryant tries for a takedown but Kozlov sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Kozlov clinches with his opponent.
Kozlov fails to pull guard.

Kozlov jumps guard and drags Bryant to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Kozlov pulls Bryant in to control the position.

Kozlov pushes a forearm under Bryant's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Bryant is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
