The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Didymus as Johnson shoots in.
Johnson doesn't manage to clinch there - Didymus circles away.

Didymus shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Johnson wants to get back to his feet.
Johnson is trying desperately to improve position.
Johnson bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Johnson trying to control but Didymus is working from the bottom.

Didymus throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Johnson escapes and throws Didymus's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Didymus is breathing heavily.

Johnson tries for a kimura but Didymus is defending well.

Didymus stops Johnson from passing to mount.
Didymus sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Johnson wants to stand up but Didymus is controlling the position.

Johnson seems to be working for a kimura but Didymus defends the submission attempt.
Johnson is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Johnson working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Didymus turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Johnson off and cradles Didymus's limp body as Johnson celebrates with his corner.
